Chez Pascal

The bakery "Chez Pascal" in the village of Grand-Piquey is famous for its sweet speciality: the white dunes. Chouquettes topped with a delicious lightly vanilla cream which Pascal keeps a secret. We come to get some for the picnic on the boat, at the ocean or simply for the homemade dessert.

The "white dune" has its variation, called "dune de Piquey": it is the same base as the white dunes, but covered with nougatine.
