The first company to breed sturgeon and produce caviar from their eggs
We have been developing this luxury know-how since 1985. It is located in France, in the heart of the Arcachon Basin, in Biganos on a 12 ha site where the fish are raised with the greatest care in natural conditions. Our sturgeons evolve and grow on our farm, in total autonomy, fed by a local river, the Lacanau in open circuit.
Our caviars are elaborated by hand, according to a traditional know-how: real French caviars, 100% Aquitaine.
We welcome you from April to the end of September on weekdays (except holidays and weekends). During the one-hour visit, we will present you the history of caviar, the particularities of our farm, the reproduction of the sturgeon, the breeding methods as well as the production of caviar.
