Caviar et esturgeon : Cours de cuisine et dégustation
Take part in an exceptional culinary workshop led by chef Maxime Birbis from La Brasserie du Delta. During this convivial, gourmet event, participants will create a complete menu themselves, comprising a starter, main course and dessert.
Depending on the season and the chef?s inspiration, the recipes will feature sturgeon and/or caviar, emblematic products of the region.
At the end of the workshop, it's time for a tasting session: you'll enjoy the dishes prepared together, accompanied by a caviar tasting and a food and wine pairing carefully selected by La Cave du Teich.
A special moment to discover exceptional products, learn a chef?s techniques and share a gourmet moment in a warm atmosphere.
