La Cabane d'Hortense

Our family has been involved in oyster farming for four generations. The Cabane d'Hortense is located opposite the conche du Mimbeau and the dune du Pilat. The oysters are raised in the parks of the Mimbeau and the Banc d'Arguin. On winter days, you can taste the oysters at the foot of the chimney.
