Romain Dupuyoo welcomes you all year round in his cellar located in the heart of the oyster farming village of Canon on the Lège-Cap Ferret peninsula. Tasting at the hut: accompanied by lemon, butter bread and served with a glass of fresh white wine from Bordeaux, the oyster exalts all the flavours!
