Established in Biganos for over 20 years, le Roseau is an association that has been running the Centre Social project since 2012.
It's a place to meet, share and exchange.
It's a space for residents to discuss, forge links with others and make decisions together.
On the program for March and April: conferences, bingo, discussion groups, child-parent workshops, shows and outings.
