Le Sahoutou

Le Sahoutou, a tasting hut on the port of La Teste de Buch, welcomes you every day to offer you its local oysters, shrimps, whelks, periwinkles and pâtés, as well as its white wines Château ECK and Château Lesparre, and rosé Château ECK from Vignobles Gonet, in a setting typical of the Arcachon Basin oyster farm.

You can enjoy a 360° view of the oyster farm from our covered terrace, which is closed depending on the weather.

Mamadou, the estate?s oyster farmer, is always on hand to share his passion for oyster farming with our guests, so that we can meet all their expectations.
