Located in the center of Arcachon and 100m from the beach, our family home, Villa Flick, welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. You'll appreciate the proximity of many amenities and activities: shops, restaurants, bike path, beach, fishing, etc.

The house features a fully-equipped kitchen (electric oven, hob, coffeemaker and percolator, fridge/freezer), a living/dining room, three bedrooms (two with two 140x190cm beds, the third with two 90X190cm beds), a bathroom with a large shower, and a separate toilet.

You'll enjoy a pleasant, shaded, enclosed courtyard. Access to the property is via a code-secured gate, opening onto a driveway that also leads to the Bassin beach. Air conditioning in the living room.
