La Clairière

1,5km from the lake of Cazaux and 9km from La Teste de Buch, stay in our new 140m² air-conditioned house, on one level, located in a quiet housing estate close to the cycle track leading to the lake and the ocean. For your stay, you have a garden of 1290 m² entirely closed and secured with heated swimming pool of 6x4m secured by fence and gate, a large wooden terrace of 170 m² and a bowling alley. The house includes a large and bright living room opening onto the terrace, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge, 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are equipped with a double bed and one with 2 single beds (TV in each room). The bedrooms with double beds have their own private bathroom with Italian shower. An independent bathroom with bathtub and 2 independent toilets complete the set. Cellar adjoining the kitchen with washing machine and dryer.
