Nice gîte in a quiet area, in a green and flowery setting. Easy access by motorway (2km), train (500m), or airport (40km. Airport transport on request). Clean, bright, sunny house, easily connected to the outside. Fenced and secured property. Shops are very close: vegetables/fruits, butcher, fish shop 300m, bakery 700m, Auchan 1km away. Bicycle path at 100m from the house to go to Arcachon, to Arès-le Cap Ferret, or to Bazas (Landes forest). The nearest beach is Audenge at 5km, then Arcachon or Andernos (18 to 20km). The ocean is 25km away, as well as the dune du Pilat. Biganos is an ideal crossroads to go towards the south of the basin (Arcachon, le Pilat), the North (Ares, le cap ferret), the East (Bordeaux), and the South (Landes forest and regional park). Bordeaux is 40km away by motorway or 25mn by train.
